Returns & Exchanges Policy

I want you to feel completely happy with your piece. If something isn’t quite right, please read the policy below for how to arrange a return or exchange.
Returns & Refunds
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for another size or style (subject to availability).
If the requested size/style is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; I will cover shipping of the exchanged item back to you once.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email me at kiarabella.designau@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of receiving your order.
I will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund (including shipping costs) in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Handmade Nature
Each piece is created in small runs using hand-printed fabrics and artisan processes. Slight variations may occur and are part of the garment’s uniqueness, not considered faults.
How to Arrange a Return or Exchange
Fill in the form on this page or email me at kiarabella.designau@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return/exchange.
I’ll reply with the return address and next steps.
Once the item is received and inspected, I’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit (if applicable).
Your Rights
This policy works in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees remedies for faulty or misrepresented goods.
